3 How We Use Your Information
- Consignment Execution: To generate dispatch stickers, booking receipts, Delivery Run Sheets (DRS), and track shipment movement.
- Invoicing & Customer Statements: To calculate applicable tariff rates, compute weight surcharges, and generate billing invoices and ledger statements.
- Email & Reporting Automation: To send automated daily booking summary reports and account statements directly to clients.
- Audit & Security: To prevent duplicate consignment bookings, trace discrepancies via Activity Logs, and enforce access restrictions.
5 Security & Data Retention
We implement enterprise-grade technical safeguards including database credential hashing, SSL/TLS transport encryption, session tokens, and strict role-based permission boundaries to prevent unauthorized disclosure, tampering, or loss of booking records.
